How I work
Different tools for different layers
Most people don't need every modality. They need the right one at the right time. I use these tools across the four pillars of the Inner Terrain, and we choose together based on what your history shows and what you feel ready for.
I don't diagnose. Any results you bring form part of your history, and anything that needs medical attention can be followed up with your main healthcare provider.

Pillar 1 of 4
Physical
Your body and what it has been adapting to.

Where to start
Whole Health Review
Where most people start. We go through your health history, symptoms, digestion, sleep, energy, stress, oral health history and environment, and place it all on one timeline. You leave with a clearer picture of what may be connected and where to begin.
Mineral balance
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
A small hair sample measures mineral levels and some metals over recent months. I use it as one part of your history to guide food and lifestyle choices. It is not a diagnostic test. The test is an additional cost and is not included in consultation or review fees.
Advanced Diploma of Homeopathy
Homeopathy
A traditional system that looks at the whole person: physical symptoms, emotions, sensations, personality and family patterns together. A remedy is chosen to match that full picture rather than one symptom. These are principles of homeopathic practice.
Made for you
Homeobotanicals
Blends of herbal extracts prepared in a homeopathic way. Each blend is made up for you after your consultation, to support the areas we are working on.
Digestion first
GAPS nutrition
The GAPS nutritional protocol is a food based approach centred on digestion. I guide you through the stages at a pace that suits you and your household, so it stays realistic.
Pillar 2 of 4
Emotional
What you have felt and are still carrying.

Perception work
The Demartini Method
A structured set of questions developed by Dr John Demartini, which I use as a Demartini Method Facilitator. It helps you look at both sides of an experience you keep returning to, such as resentment, anger or grief, until it feels more balanced and loses its charge.
Relaxation
Emotional release
Gentle, relaxation based work that gives you space to let go of tension and stress you have been holding onto. Nothing is forced, and we go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This is supportive wellbeing work, not counselling or psychological therapy.
Pillar 3 of 4
Spiritual
Your energy, beliefs and sense of connection.

Beliefs and patterns
Theta Healing
A meditative technique that works in a deeply relaxed theta brainwave state to explore beliefs held below conscious thought, including patterns that seem to run through families. Many people use it to understand why the same situations keep repeating.
Energy healing
Sekhem
An Egyptian based system of energy healing. You rest fully clothed while I work with your energy field. Many people describe sessions as deeply calming, and some like to finish emotional work this way.
Pillar 4 of 4
Environmental
The life around you, every day.

Included in your review
Your surroundings
Home, work, water, the products you use, possible mould, light, your sleep space and the people you spend time with. We look at what your body meets each day and start with the changes that are easiest to make. This is part of every Whole Health Review.

What a first session looks like
Unhurried, practical and personal
01
Before we meet
You fill in a health history form and bring along anything you already have: past results, a list of what you take, notes on what you have noticed.
02
Ninety minutes together
We talk through your story, look for the connections and decide which pillar needs attention first.
03
A plan you can follow
You leave with clear next steps, and we choose which modalities fit, now and later.
You don't need to have it all worked out to begin
If this sounds familiar and you would like to understand what may be contributing to it, a free 15 minute call is a simple place to start.
