The Initial Holistic Health Consultation runs for two hours. We go through your story, your health history, what you have noticed over time and what you want from our work, then agree on where to begin across the four pillars.

The Initial Consultation is a two hour conversation that sets your starting point. The Whole Health Review goes further. I bring your history together into a detailed written timeline and report, so you can see the turning points and patterns in one place.

Bring along anything you already have, such as a list of what you take, past results and notes on what you have noticed. You do not need to have it all organised. That is part of what we do together.

The clinic is in South East Melbourne, Victoria. The exact location is shared once you book.

Yes. I see clients via Zoom all over the world. Online sessions follow the same structure as in person sessions, and we find a time that works across time zones.

Fees are listed on the booking page, from free suitability calls and $55 group sessions to the $1,995 Whole Health Review. You will always know what something costs before you agree to it.

No. Private health insurance rebates for natural therapies were removed by the Australian Government in 2019, and homeopathy was not one of the therapies later restored. Sessions are not claimable through private health insurance.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and missed appointments, incur a $50 fee. This applies to one to one sessions and Group Theta Healing. Workshops need a $100 non refundable deposit, the balance 3 days before, and at least 48 hours notice to cancel. No. I do not diagnose or prescribe. Any results you choose to bring form part of your history, and anything that needs medical attention can be followed up with your main healthcare provider.

No. I will never ask you to stop a medication or a treatment you are receiving.

No. We only use practices that fit your beliefs and preferences. Many people start with the physical or emotional side and come to energy work later, or not at all.

Yes. Group Theta Healing sessions are guided, and no experience is needed.

Yes. Your records are kept securely and your information is not shared without your consent, unless the law requires it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
