Service Description
Initial Holistic Health Consultation This two-hour initial consultation provides time to organise and discuss the different parts of your health history in one place. This two-hour consultation is designed to help clarify what may be contributing to your current health concerns and determine the most appropriate way forward. We will discuss your symptoms, health history, timeline, nutrition, medications, supplements, previous treatments, oral and dental history, relevant exposures and any pathology or HTMA results you bring with you. Where relevant, we may also explore emotional and energetic factors as part of the wider picture. Depending on what emerges during the consultation, you may receive: * An individualised homeopathic remedy * Holistic wellness recommendations * Guidance about further testing or information that may be helpful * A clear plan for your next steps * A recommendation for a comprehensive Whole Health Review if deeper investigation is required This consultation does not include the detailed records analysis or written findings provided through the comprehensive Whole Health Review.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
