Service Description
Take an hour away from the usual pace of life for a guided group Theta Healing session. Through meditation, spiritual practices and reflection, we explore personal beliefs and the experiences that keep drawing our attention. There is time to notice what feels important and consider how you want to carry that into everyday life. These sessions are part of my wider approach to physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental wellbeing, with an emphasis on emotional and spiritual exploration. You can work privately without sharing personal details with the group. No previous experience is needed, and you choose how you participate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy One-to-one sessions and group Theta Healing Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $50 fee. Refunds are not given for cancellations. You are welcome to reschedule at no cost when you give at least 24 hours' notice. Contact me and we will find another time that suits. Late arrivals If you arrive late, the session may be shortened so the next client is not kept waiting. The full fee still applies.
