Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
