A brief, no-obligation call to discuss what you would like reviewed, the approximate volume and type of records you have, and whether the Whole Health Review is suitable for your needs. This is not a consultation. No case review, individual health advice or treatment recommendations are provided during the call.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
