Service Description
Most balms are made for everyone, which means they're made for no one in particular. This is a short session where we work out what goes into yours. We'll talk through your skin, what you've reacted to before, what you're using now, any scents you can't tolerate, and what you want from it. From there I choose the base and the botanicals, and make it by hand in a small batch. Allow up to half an hour for the conversation. Your balm is ready in 1 day, and can be collected from Carrum Downs or posted to you. The balm is from $45.00 for 50ml Every ingredient is listed in full when you collect it, so you always know exactly what you're putting on your skin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
