The Integrative Health Initial Consultation is a comprehensive, personalised assessment designed to develop a clear understanding of your current health, identify areas requiring further support, and determine the most appropriate next steps for your individual needs. During your consultation, we explore your health history, current concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, digestion, energy, medications, supplements and previous test results through a detailed case-taking process. Rather than viewing each concern in isolation, this consultation considers how different aspects of your health may be connected. This consultation may provide a greater understanding of: • General wellbeing and vitality • Digestive, hormonal and nervous system patterns • Nutritional and lifestyle influences • Recurring health concerns • Areas that may benefit from further investigation • Your personalised next steps Where appropriate, a constitutional homeopathic remedy may be prescribed. Constitutional prescribing is a traditional homeopathic approach that considers you as a whole person. Your remedy is selected based on your unique physical, emotional, and mental characteristics, rather than a single symptom. Additional assessments, including comprehensive pathology analysis, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and oral health considerations, may also be recommended where appropriate. Any recommended testing and associated costs will always be discussed with you before proceeding. Following your consultation, you will receive personalised recommendations that may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, homeopathic support and appropriate follow-up. **Please note: This consultation supports health education and general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
