Releasing Resentment & Reclaiming Your self - Day Retreat
Resentment Release & Reclaim Yourself Retreat
This two-day retreat is for people who are tired of carrying emotional weight.
Resentment does not fade with time.
It settles into the nervous system and shapes how you think, communicate, relate, and respond under pressure.
When resentment remains unresolved, the body stays on alert. This often shows up as tension, fatigue, emotional reactivity, disconnection, or a constant sense of holding yourself together.
This retreat is designed to help you release stored resentment, anger, disappointment, and sadness in a safe, structured, and deeply supported environment.
With a background in private investigations, Van brings precision, neutrality, and deep insight to every session. Her approach is calm, grounded, and emotionally safe. Clients describe her work as life-changing, stabilising, and profoundly freeing.
This is not about revisiting the past.
It is about resolving it and moving forward.

Meet the Facilitators:
* Van Seng is the founder of The Natural Health Option and a practitioner known for her grounded, emotionally safe approach to healing. With over 30 years of experience across holistic health and investigative work, Van brings clarity, precision, and deep insight to emotional and physical healing. She integrates pathology analysis, HTMA, homeopathy, GAPS, Theta Healing, Sekhem, homeobotanicals, and the Demartini Method to help people resolve what they have been carrying and move forward with steadiness and self-trust. Her work supports nervous system repair, emotional integration, and lasting change.
* Regina Orchard, Plant Music & Sound Healing Practitioner, brings over 50 years of experience in holistic healing, supporting nervous system regulation through deep connection with nature. Her work draws on Plant Music, Arts Therapy, and intuitive practices to help settle stress, restore energy, and restore balance.
At the retreat, Regina will guide participants through plant-based sound healing experiences designed to quiet the mind, soften emotional holding, and support gentle integration. Her session provides a grounded, restorative pause, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate and reconnect with a sense of safety and coherence.
* Asha Imiya-Hamilage, Breathwork Facilitator and Transformational Specialist with over 20 years of experience, supports nervous system regulation and embodied emotional processing. Her work uses the breath as a direct pathway into the body, helping release stored stress, emotional holding, and long-standing patterns that often sit beyond talk-based approaches. Guided by empathy and lived experience, Asha holds calm, grounded spaces where participants can settle, regain internal stability, and integrate emotional shifts. Her breathwork supports clarity, regulation, and reconnection through the steady, intentional act of breathing.
* Netta Ditchburn, Fitness and Tai Chi Qigong Instructor with over 18 years of experience in Tai Chi Qigong and mindful movement. Trained through the Australian Fitness Academy and guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, her work supports strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation through gentle, flowing movement.
At the retreat, Netta will guide practices that combine breath and movement to restore energy, improve physical stability, and support longevity. Her calm, inclusive teaching style helps participants reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
* Trish Douglass, Sound Healing Practitioner, has over 25 years of experience in music education, working across solo and ensemble performance, concert bands, and music programs. Her background in visual arts, aged care, and disability support informs a grounded understanding of the mind–body connection.
Trish’s sound healing work draws on studies in Reiki, Transcendental Meditation, and Australian Bush Flower Essences. At the retreat, she will facilitate a sound bath session designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system settling, and gentle integration.
