Service Description
Initial Holistic Health Consultation This two-hour initial consultation provides time to organise and discuss the different parts of your health history in one place. We will discuss the information you provide about: • Your current concerns and reported symptoms • Your health and treatment history • Lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, digestion and energy • Stress and significant life events • Medications and supplements • Existing test reports • Oral-health and relevant exposure history • Previous advice or approaches you have tried The purpose is to organise your information, clarify your priorities and identify questions that may need to be discussed with your existing healthcare team. At the end of the consultation, we will discuss general educational options and whether a follow-up or separate complementary-health service may be suitable. We will explain any additional service, testing, and associated cost before you decide whether to proceed. This is a complementary, educational and non-diagnostic consultation. It does not diagnose medical conditions, medically interpret pathology results or replace care from your GP, dentist, psychologist or another appropriately registered healthcare practitioner. Do not stop prescribed medication or delay medical assessment because of information discussed during the consultation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To provide the best service to all our clients and respect the time of our practitioners, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Less Than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds: Please note that refunds for cancellations will not be provided. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment for another suitable time. Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee, provided it's done within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a new appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session's duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients' schedules. The full session fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule, ensuring that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
